About us Excess Baggage – The Lite side of life
“The Great Flamingo Incident”
It all started with a tourist named Gary, who arrived at Durban International Airport with seven suitcases, a surfboard, and—wait for it—a life-sized inflatable flamingo named Cheryl. When the airline staff politely informed him he was 42kg over the limit, Gary panicked. “But Cheryl’s emotional support!” he pleaded.
